This scene gives me hope that Kevin will have a bigger role in the next season. Castiel, quoting Dean, is right. There is no getting out of this life. We’ve seen a number of characters on the show try and, unsuccessfully, leave the hunting life behind. And Kevin is a prophet. There is no changing that, unless he dies. And I feel like, as the episode went on, Kevin came to realize that as well.
